We can ship to virtually anywhere in the United States. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders that we deem “suspicious”, such as PO boxes, addresses that are registered as fraudulent, etc. Please note that we are forced to report any attempt to defraud our business to the local authorities. All our PCs are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation.

Returns

All PC sales are final, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. All PCs are backed by our one year warranty, meaning we will repair your PC if there are any hardware related issues (unless customer induced). In the rare event your PC arrives damaged please contact us right away with pictures and / or videos so that we can investigate and resolve the matter. If a return is accepted, the PC needs to be packaged with the same security as we ship our PCs in. Any damage caused during a return due to improper packaging will not be covered under warranty.
